For fast food it's great because it's fresh the only complaint I have is you really need to check your order when you go through the drive thru they sometimes forget my onion rings.

Not my favorite Duchess. Only one soda machine and they don't have a ketchup pump dispenser. I feel Ketchup packs are for take out, not for dining in.

Duchess is by far the best fast food restaurant you can find in the area next to 5 guys. The food quality is amazing. The staff is excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. All of the locations are on the same level. Their chicken nuggets are one of my favorites. Real chicken pieces. Breaded and fried.

Good food at a great price. Surprised by the cost for the amount of food one receives. Great deal. TV's in the place and booths are placed so there is alittle privacy or little depends where you want to sit. Fantastic onion rings!

A tasty breaded chicken sandwich. I’d like to get to know the menu better. It caters to people with big appetites.Easy on and off the road and very convenient to the Pez Visitor Center. Close to I-95 though it might not be as convenient as a service plaza on the Connecticut Turnpike.

The service is great at Duchess Diner, my personal favorites are Jodie & Vicky. Just to clearifie there is not a drive thru @ this restaurant. The food is great, good proportions at a fair price. Breakfast anytime, lunch, & dinner. If you can fit it in there's a BIG array of desserts! Why not stop in today?!

The best hotdogs. But I'm only giving them 2 stars because every time I order extra kraut, they charge me for it and never put in on my hotdogs. It's the most annoying thing.

This place lost its touch no love to there food .. just slapped together.. and the fries was not cooked right..

I usually get breakfast here, a western omelet, bacon and/or sausage and home fries. I'm in love with their home fries! You must try the blueberry or cranberry muffins toasted with butter! Mmmm!!

Part of the dining experience even in fast food that's pretty decent is the decor ,the feeling and this place in particular just wasn't up to par as some of the other duchess restaurants..... It's kind of surprising considering they are an Enterprise that's been around for a while and a CT fixture it's ok.....now I know how good inspectors,cops,teachers and basically everyone else...once you are not quite happy about something you start to look at items to support your findings (feel free to do so) managers

Food was terrible Got there 45 min before closing Cashier Asked If order was to go I had planned on eating there As it was a dark cold rainy night and a 20 min drive home She then said They were closing and waiting for people to leave.Told her fine Ill take it to go She packed my order when ready Not before handing a table tray to the couple who ordererd just before me! Rude!;Took my food home completely cold by that time 😡

Duchess restaurants have gone in the opposite direction. What happened to FAST food? Yes the food is cooked to order but geesh.. Do they actually make the hamburger patties and hot dogs for each order? Very slow.. I don't remember them being that slow.

The sandwich was fresh and served hot, and the place was clean and inviting. Not a long wait, and superiorfast food for the price. Love the choices from the drink machine.

Nice environment and very personal service. The menu was crisp and yummy. Will clearly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Convenient prices and large meals. Good job.

Totally love this place this is absolutely my #1 for a coffee and bacon/sausage, egg, and cheese with my hash brown that all costs like four bucks by awesome and sprightly people super quick every morning when I go! Delicious as always of course and there is a guy there in the drive thru who responds to my boyfriend's orders with 'very good sir'- this is a huge reason (besides food deliciousness) as to why we come back here each morning! Awesome place❤

I enjoy the dinner selection. I usually have the Chicken Parm dinner. It's a great deal of food for the price. Fast, friendly and the food is good!

Jennifer and Paul are such a great addition to this team. They truly make this place amazing. Their customer service is out of this world. This Duchess location is great because of their staff and the care they bring. Always happy to be a customer here.

Delicious!! Had my favorite chili dog(the reason I go to Duchess), and some fries. Dog was hot, chili was good, fries hot. SATISFIED!!!

I've been eating Duchess my whole life. I grew up on the one in Bridgeport. This one is consistent with the taste just not on the service and cleanliness. They need to clean up a little and the workers need some training. Update: I returned recently for my wife. The service was better and they seem to have some new employees, at least the ones I had contact with. I am adding one more star to my review based on this last visit.

Double check your order for sure. Especially with ANY changes or subtracted toppings.

Just downright yummy and this one has made in store baked goods and gigantic cookies. I'm also pretty sure nothing on the menu is over 10 bucks,even for a meal

Friendly staff, consistent good breakfast, with a very clean restaurant.

Biggest gripe was the pastrami sandwich that had 2 pieces. I asked the manager and he said they weigh it at 3oz. Plus it was a little tough. Though the manager that's been there for years is always pleasant in fact everyone that works there has a nice attitude. Chicken salad wraps are delicious! Steak and cheese wraps not bad either. Salads decent.
